It's a slightly strange arrangement as the hotel is about 1km out of town, with the other part of it's business - bar casa Ramón - in the centre. Nice room, spotlessly clean, good shower, good breakfast and helpful staff. The bar in town is great, serving tapas and pinchos all day, again with friendly, helpful staff. The area is stunning, with forests and mountains as far as one can see.

The area surrounding the guest house is ideal for hiking, cycling and mushroom hunting. Cañon del Rio Lobos Park is less than 30 km from the Posada, while Burgos can be reached in just over an hour by car.
