This is definitely not a 2 star hotel! Excellent location, in the Old town, less than 5 min walk to the beach and to the car park. Very nice, clean street. Despite a very central location it was not noisy and we had a very good sleep. The room felt surprisingly spacious and had everything you need. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. The rooms were cleaned every day. The A/C was powerful but not noisy. The lack of breakfast was not a problem as there are many options to eat nearby. Ana on the reception was very welcoming and helpful. In San Sebastien is almost impossible to find a hotel with a good reviews without spending ridicules amount of money, so this hotel was a real find and we will be more than happy to stay there again.

Ładnie, czysto, balkon z widokiem na ocean. Bardzo dobrze wyciszone okna, nic nie słychać co się dzieje na ulicy. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Duży prysznic. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, mówiąca po angielsku. Na krótki wypad świetny. Lokalizacja ekstra, wszędzie blisko - 5 min do plaży i na stare miasto. Pokój urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu.

This apartment was great. There was plenty of space, it was really clean and a comfy bed. There is a communal tea and coffee area which is immaculate. The staff were fantastic - an absolute credit to the team

We thought this place was great. As others have mentioned, it isn’t a 4 star hotel, but it was newly renovated, stylish, had a comfortable bed and great shower and most impressive, had all the little things you want in a hotel room that they never seem to have: shelves in the bathroom, a place to put suitcases, hooks for clothes and towels, a refrigerator with free water etc. Plus you can’t beat the location in the old town but still close to Gros. Our room had a window to the back courtyard and was super quiet. And I should mention too that the woman at the front desk was friendly and really helpful. Like I said, I would highly recommend this place.

These are superb rooms . A very warm and helpful welcome from Alba on reception. A super comfortable firm bed, good shower and good air con . It was nice to have access to ice cold water supply to top up our water bottles out on the landing. Great location esp for the Renfe station which is less than 5 mins away. We absolutely loved San Sebastian and explored the beaches. Old town, museums and the fantastic restaurants .
