Staff was always smiling and very responsive. Even before I arrived they communicated well through booking.com. place was clean, location was walking distance to late night food and bars and beach. Towels were very plush and large! Bed was comfortable.

It's in an amazing location, all the cool beaches and parties are at a close distance. They have a lot of dogs which we loved. Everyone was so helpful. This place made our goa stay a lot better.

The staff is very caring. The casa is close to the beach and close to plenty good restaurants and bars, there’s a scooter rental and taxi stand nearby if needed. It is the only boutique hotel in the area and it is so good value for the comfort and quality of stay.

I stayed for twenty nights and I did not have one bad experience. The staff nothing is too much trouble and Michelle is a great hostess. The guest house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, flea Market, shops and restaurants. I loved my stay here and was so sad to leave.
