If you want a nice clean quiet very well equipped villa so that everyone in any age -from children to adults- can enjoy the best possible way, THIS IS THE PLACE! Very nice kind caring lovely host, very well equipped -more that needed- in a unique quiet place, we all LOVED IT.

The apartment is in an ideal central location. Many sights, shops and restaurants of attractive Oviedo are within walking distance. A supermarket is on the doorstep; cafés, bars and breakfast places can easily be found nearby. On-street parking in this part of the city would be difficult to find so that the parking space that comes with the apartment is an additional asset (good to know: the garage entrance is around the corner and the space is quite dark and two floors down). We did not move the car during our short stay, but there are many interesting destinations in the region that could be reached from this Oviedo base. The apartment itself is spacious, attractively furnished and fully equipped (ample kitchenware; washing machine, dishwasher; TV, WiFi; everyday essentials like tea/coffee, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper, washing up liquid etc.). It has two proper bathrooms and two bedrooms, making it equally suitable for a family or two couples. The flat is quite high up (with lift) and the bedrooms are quiet. Tip: If you use the washing machine, you find the washing line on the outside of one of the bedroom windows. The host (Tino) was very responsive, friendly and helpful with suggestions. His English is very good and communication was easy.

The place location is perfect for big family with car. Actually we been traveling with 2 family's and everyone has place. Kitchen is big and fully equipped. House is separate from others very quiet and field with grass making it even more attractive. Plenty games in garage space which you can play there or bring on garden. Supermarket in 3 min by car.The air is amazingly clear (no cars around or city traffic) in same time to reach center is about 5 min by car. Cool place. If I go again to Oviedo - definitely will stay here again. Price is also sweet btw.
