The location is 20 minutes walk from the main cinemas, as we were there for the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Our pension was nest to university accommodation which made it a very safe place. Plenty of restaurants & bars close by.

I stayed at the studio and it had everything necessary to be comfortable. the kitchen was wel equipped and provided with coffee, tea, soft drinks and beers on the house. the WiFi was great to work remotely and do video calls. The accommodation was airconditioned as well, so was wonderful to be inside relaxing on those hot summer afternoons . The location was excellent to duck out for some quick Pintxos and also an easy walk back after one too many verdejos. The host was very kind and accommodating, could leave my luggage at the facilities too on the last day.

This is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. Its very well appointed and we loved our stay here. We saw that each apartment could sleep 4 people, but we did not get this impression when we booked, so we booked for 2 rooms! Nevertheless, it was still good value, a single apartment for 4 people would make it FANTASTIC value! The self check-in was very easy and were able to access our rooms very efficiently.

They have a cave wine cellar downstairs where you can enjoy a welcome drink. We loved every second of staying here!
