Great cozy apartments. Hosts with a great sense of humor. A picture of Jesus praying hangs above the large double bed. :) You also don't feel lonely in the bathroom, because you can admire yourself in a big mirror while sitting on the toilet. :) In the center of the town. There are lot of food shops around.

I'll never forget that. But it did represent the atmosphere of the place, very friendly and laidback, with nice artwork on the walls. I had a nice short stay there, and even made some friends. Like I said, maybe I was lucky, but I think it says something about the place too.

What a beautiful place to disconnect a little bit from the world and be surrounded by beautifull nature and friendly people! for me.. so far, the most amazing spot in la Palma! Be prepared though.. there is no shop in the little town, so unless you have a car and can go around, bring everything to eat! On the weekends, from Friday to Monday there is 1 little restaurant nearby that is open, but to eat you have to make reservations. But even during the week..I would really recommend to go and visit el tablado!

A nice village with good restaurants, supermarket, close to lots of hiking and a trail which leads to the coast with natural swimming pool. Great place to use as a base to explore the north. I'll be back. Very helpful friendly staff
