Breakfast was great and the adult only pool is relax and not crowded. The room was big and it is easy to park the car.

Staff were mostly extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was mostly good (although some food could be quite salty) really excellent breakfast and dinner spreads, and the lunch a la carte menu had a really nice range. We were impressed by range of food at dinner, the options changed on a daily basis and it was high quality too. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. You had three pools to choose from all with different atmospheres, so you could choose between a chill vibe or more energetic. They have some good activities they put on like SUP yoga and mojito workshops, they also had some Les mills exercise classes. It seemed like the staff and animation team put a lot of effort into ensuring the guests had a great stay. Overall, an excellent stay.

I stayed at the Royal Level for 10 days. It is a really nice hotel overall, but two things made it stand out: the cakes at the buffet, and the CrossFit gym. I have stayed at quite a few resorts. The cakes/muffins here are next level - better than most bakeries. If you have a sweet tooth you'll be really happy! The CrossFit gym is also awesome. It's a real gym with great programming and a terrific coach!

We stayed at the Royal Level and this is highly recommended as it was a lot more quiet and a more relaxing stay. The property was really well kept and clean, the rooms were nice a spacious and the beds were comfortable and the pool area was really amazing with lots of chairs available. The food was good we loved the breakfast as well as the lunch menu and the dinner was also good with lots of variety. The best part of the hotel was the service which was incredible. Luisa who was serving drinks at the pool was amazing and made our stay at the hotel really nice! The staff at the reception and restaurant were also very kind and helpful!

We booked a 4 day stay with half-board Royal Level. We had a relatively pleasant stay, however the quality of the room did not meet our expectations. The renovation to the room was poor, we were expecting a higher standard of finish. Some cupboard doors were missing. The shower trap had a bad smell coming from it and the black mildew was an eyesore. We stayed at a Barelo hotel in Tenerife and found it to much more appealing, with a nicer quality of room. For the meals served at La Palapa restaurant, we found that the service could be better. Staff constantly chatted to one another while serving and not acknowledging the guest. We felt more welcome at the Tamarant restaurant, where we dined a few times. The activities were fun and the hosts were very energetic and engaging.
