Good location, walk to the beach. Place is a bit dated, jacuzzi was not heated. Large selection of food; good but not great. Pool was large but cool. Staff were nice. Room is fine, again a bit dated but AC worked well.

the hotel is located a stone's throw from a beautiful beach of white sand and transparent, clear water where you can choose to stay on the sand or to take sunbeds, the path to get to the beach is fabulous: a wooden bridge immersed in the greenery, near the Albufera natural park. The atmosphere of the resort is very relaxed, there are two swimming pools, you can swim until late at night, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, breakfast and dinner are abundant in choices of various food and delights, the structure is surrounded from beautiful trees and plants, a little paradise!!

The concept of the hotel with bungalows is pretty unique, we haven't seen such hotels on Mallorca. Ideal for those who doesn't like having neighbours behind the wall, slamming doors in the corridors etc. Our golden bungalow was super new, modern and of good size. We booked a silver bungalow but received a free upgrade to golden bungalow - it was such a nice gesture. Playa de muro beach is in 5 min walk, water in this part of the beach is much cleaner than in Can Picafort; 2 sun lounges cost 14 euro for a day. Hotel staff is SUPER friendly, the staff was one of the best parts of our stay. We didn't book dinners from the beginning, however having tried the food in restaurant we ended up eating there almost every night. Pool bar serves great cocktails and food too (food service from 12:30 to 16:00). Our best nachos we had in a pool bar in that hotel. We rented bikes in a hotel too.

Great location. Quiet at night. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and great with the kids. Facilities were super kid friendly and the beach was a short walk away. Everything was super clean. 100% recommend.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room cleaning service was good! The pools were awesome! Enough space for everyone. No rally for the best beds required. Yummy breakfast, good variety, everything fresh and high quality (with little room for improvement for bread and rolls) Nice beach (3 minutes walk) We didn't understand why deluxe bungalows don't have a kitchen (which standard bungalows have)

Very convenient hotel. We had the entire bungalow for the two of us so we could avoid any crowds in this Covid time. Simple but it's like a summer house, a bungalow complete with a small kitchen, a small living room and a large front terrace. There are two separate swimming pools, one central and large and one hidden, where it is supposed to be quiet, with nice chairs for adults to relax. Access to the beach is easy and close, through a beautiful walkway. By the way, the beach is wonderful, with transparent water and almost no waves. Note: A tip, you can borrow an umbrella from the hotel reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great choice at breakfast and dinner. Very friendly service at the terrace bar in the evenings. Good location near the beach and expansive nature reserve. A bus stop right outside the hotel with a very good bus service was very handy. Accommodation was clean, well-serviced and very comfortable. As we had an early morning departure before breakfast a packed breakfast was waiting for us at reception as we checked out. A very thoughtful surprise.
