The air-conditioned town house with its modern furnishings has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom arranged over 2 floors. Facilities of the child-friendly apartment also include a satellite TV, a fireplace, a high chair, a cot and children’s toys, making this typical Majorcan house ideal for a family holiday. Parking is available on the street. The terrace equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a small pool is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to the central location, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and beautiful historic attractions such as the Castell De Capdepera are just a few minutes' walk away. A golf course is also nearby and can be reached in a few minutes by car. Numerous bays with white sandy beaches and turquoise blue water can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The house has a centralised alarm system. Wine and homemade cheese are available upon request for an extra fee (please contact the homeowner regarding this).
