Since March 2017 we are the proud owner of Casa Verde. Despite the wide range of Spanish properties we have long searched for a home that met our requirements. We want space, privacy and a nice environment that will not get bored easily. After our first visit to Bonalba we knew we had found the location. Finding the house took at least another year of detective work. We are proud of the end result and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We have chosen this house because we like to go on holiday with family, children, grandchildren or friends. This villa with guesthouse offers the possibility to be together but still have privacy. Furthermore, the beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains is unique. Casa Verde is a large house with two separated floors. The lower floor, we call this the guesthouse, adjacent to the large terrace, with swimming pool, veranda with dining table, sunbeds, lounge set and BBQ outdoor kitchen. The guesthouse has its own entrance and entrance. The top floor, which we call the villa, is inhabited by the owners. The owners do not use all facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay. You thus retain your complete privacy. The owners offer breakfast for a small additional charge or even dinner if desired. Ask for the possibilities.

Casa Verde is such a nice holiday because you have plenty of space around you and have a great view of the golf course. In addition, it is wonderful that both the golf course and the restaurants, shops and bar are within walking distance of the house. The bustling center of Alicante is only a fifteen minute drive away. The beach and boulevard of El Campello or San Juan is less than 10 minutes by car from the house.
