The flat has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher. In the living room, there is a table and a sofa and a big new flatscreen television. The bathroom has been modernized just recently. The flat has fast internet. The living room opens up on a big balcony from where you can enjoy the view of the Tibidabo and you can have a drink, enjoy breakfast and admire the sunset. Bed sheets and towels are included. Happy to send a video or more pics. Supermarkets, shops, and local markets are all very close. The L2 and L4 metro lines are less than 10 minutes away. The Bus stop (H12 bus) stops just in front of the building's portal.

The area is very quiet and full of cafeterias, small restaurants, and supermarkets. The flat is in a quiet building with a lift.
