Company info

We are Sara, Alessandro, Mauro, Gaia, Valentina and Laura. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

Enjoy the sun of the "Costa del Sol" in our new apartaments in Los Boliches (Fuengirola), easy to reach from Malaga Airport and close by the beach. They are all equipped with kitchenette( washing machine, microwave, kettle), bathroom with shower and aircondition. In some of them there is also a small terrace perfect to relax and enjoy a dinner with the family or some friends. Fuengirola is well known for its wonderful seven kilometres of sandy beaches and of course for the beachfront promenade where people love walking, running or doing some other king of fitness. Cots, high chairs and baby baths are based on availability, on request and for an additional extra

Neighborhood info

The train station stop "Los Boliches" is 150 meters far away and you can reach the beach by walking in 5 minutes (300 meters). Close by the apartment you can find all you can need for your holiday: a supermarket, a pub-restaurant (Esquinita), a shopping mall (El Corte Ingles), the pharmacy and some other shops.
