Relax with family or friends in this peaceful and beautiful residence. The apartment is covered in Spanish marble and has 2 bathrooms in top condition. The fully equipped kitchen even includes a water purification system for your convenience. In the washing room, you can use our new washing machine and tumble dryer. Office desk in the master bedroom if you need some privacy to work. Two parking spaces in the garage with a lift right to the door.
You will be welcomed by Magnus, the son of the owner of the apartment who helps you get in contact with his professional and friendly assistant Marytxa. She speaks English and Spanish and will be available for any practical matters during the stay.
Access to two swimming pool areas, two paddle tennis courts, and your own park and playground for kids behind the fenced area. Take a short drive to beaches, theme parks, or cozy restaurants in Benalmádena Pueblo or Arroyo de la Miel to just name something! 18-hole golf course, gym, restaurant, and tennis courts nearby at the Bil Bil house. Walking distance to the nearby hospitals and super marked.
