The breakfast was great, the staff. Having a great sea side and a wonderful beach was out of this world. A truly paradise. Great people. All the activities support was perfect and on time. Unlike what some others have said, I also found the staff universally polite and friendly because I learned basic Portuguese before coming to their country. Breakfast was varied—not particularly delicious but it had a lot of hot and cold choices. Rooms were quite basic but this seemed appropriate to a historic convent—and the AC was appreciated for sleeping!

The included breakfast was delicious and diverse, including cooked meals to order. The centrally located pool was clean, perfect temperature, and greatly enjoyed by all the guests. Atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Location was great, a short walk to a lovely clean sandy beach with clear water, we walked for kilometres along the beach and enjoyed a swim in the waves, water temperature was ideal.
