I arrived a bit ealrier and was lucky since the cleaning lady was around and she was helpful and openned the door for us. Eventhough we did not notify the manager of the arrival time, the unit was ready. You better call the manager ahead of arrival time to pick up the keys since there are not enough people around for prompt assistance.

You have 4 balconies all to yourself where no one but squirrels and birds can disturb you. A spacious apartment with a lot of place, nicely furnished! It’s very close to the main road but we personally didn’t feel it - there’s a lot of trees around and one can ignore the occasional noise from the passing trucks. There is a jacuzzi indeed (as advertised) but take into account that you’re in Costa Rica where the hot water supply is …problematic. So you’d have to boil up several pans of water to make yourself comfortable. Fortunately, the kitchen is fully equipped and the stove is great!

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this resort offers a spa, an outdoor pool and Mediterranean-style suites with ocean views. The Ballena Marine National Park is a 15-minute walk away. Amazing views from the rooms and pool area, beautiful sunsents, toucans :) This hotel is a magic place. Great breakfast, pool area and gardens. The best hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks trip to Costa Rica.
