The hotel is quaint, beautiful and very peaceful; it couldn't be in a better spot, right in the very centre of the historic Ciutadella. Everything is so lovely decorated, giving a charming and fresh vibe (the hotel also smelled so nice in all the areas :)). We stayed in the terrace room, which was incredible. The terrace was huge and the view was amazing. There were Rituals products in the bathroom, which was also nice. The room overall was top. The breakfast was also great, where little plates with local foods were prepared, like Menorcan cheese and sausage, eggs and more - there were a variety of different things that were prepared on the spot. Apart from this, the staff was so lovely and helpful! Thanks for making the stay so nice.

When we arrived, he explained us all about the city - the best restaurants, bars and even beaches. He was always available to talk with us and gave us the best recommendations. Also, he borrowed us a parasol and a beach fridge. Furthermore, the room was super clean and the hotel is located in a very central zone.
