It is near nice little towns with grocery stores and lovely bakeries! There are also lots of great hiking trails in the surrounding area.

The physical building is beautiful, the rooms are very well equipped. fabulous linen, comfy bed. the staff were incredibly accommodating. we were late arriving and had a dinner reservation but they happily encouraged us to take time for an aperitif on the terrace. nothing was rushed. the restaurant is the jewel in the crown. absolutely exceptional local produce beautifully cooked and an amazing array of wine to choose from. an incredible experience from start to finish.

Rooms are set in the renovated stables and the restaurant’s chef has 1 Michelin star.... Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a small suite, which was lovely. Restaurant very nice , although quite expensive. Staff was friendly and efficient. The grounds were beautiful with nice places to sit under the trees.
