Free parking is on the other side of the river along the road, a three minute walk away (across footbridge). The apartment is cosy with a large dining room table and beautiful views on all sides.

Everything! The Rive Gauche is on the "other side" of the fabulous Saint Lucy Spa, and I was expecting something a little less. This establishment has everything to be proud of, including the wonderful gardens and view I had from my room. I would recommend this as your starting point for your barge holiday. You will not be disappointed, unless you just must stay on the "rive droit"

We stayed here just for one night on our way to Brittany. The room was clean and pretty - ours was on the second floor (which is good because of the old squeaky wooden floors) with a view of the village. Nice French antique style decor, slept with the window open and it was quiet. There is easy parking in front of the hotel.

Throughout the building the quality and workmanship of the restoration is 1st class. Foremost The entire staff are so attentive and helpful it was really a pleasure. It was a last minute booking, 2 hours before arrival. Manager phoned and explained that reception is closed as of 8 PM but that she would make arrangements to have key waiting. All worked out very well. On top manager was able to make a restaurant reservation for us. Comfortable bed and a superb breakfast the next morning. Unexpected and utterly charming stay.
