We loved how welcoming and hospitable the staff was towards us! Whatever request we had, they tried hard to meet it! They also carried out extra efforts to make our Christmas a special one! Serkan was a very friendly staff member who was quick to answer to any questions we had and helped us out all the time...including whilst skiing! The room is also very cosy and the food was always plentiful and good. Definitely a hotel to recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it! The flat is comfortable, bright and extremely clean, the shower is nice, hot and with good pressure, the washing machine works perfectly and it even has a drying program. The kitchen is well equipped and the wifi is good and fast! Also the position is good, in a quiet area but just a few minutes walking from the city centre. Samet, the owner, was really kind and the communication with him was excellent. Last but not least, we could bring our dog with us which is not so easy in this part of Turkey! We definitely recommend it!

Excellent staff - helpful & friendly. Nese especially. Was also set up with an extraordinary driver, Tahsin, who took me to several places outside of Kars (thank you, Nese). No time limits set (especially at Ani) or pressure to hurry. Very patient, friendly, fair price and safe driving. I would stay again.

Dogukan was very helpful and his English was great. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. Very clean and well located.

Great location and we were able to arrange a taxi easily for a day trip. Cosy room (we were there in January) and comfy too. Would love to stay in the the room in the backyard next time! Loved to meet your dogs, too <3

The location is smack in the middle of Kars, just under Kars castle and central to lots of restaurants. You're not going to beat this location with any other hotel, bar none. The hotel is new and in a super-nicely converted building (it's unclear what it was - but perhaps a large barn or stables of some sort) and it combines rustic features of old stone with nice new, warm wood. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.

The location of the Hotel was so easy to find, extremely close to the main points of the city. The rooms were large and the heating system of the room was excellent. Everyday our rooms were cleaned and they replaced new slippers, towels and water bottles. From the reception to management, even the breakfast, everybody was always helpful and smiling. We were even late for breakfast one day but they still opened service to us, which they did not have to. To sum up, We are highly satisfied of the accommodation and planning to stay again in our next trips.
