Access to the beach was awesome and a nice place to relax and drink some beers. if you are lucky you will find some cute surprises laying at the beach. Leaving Paia Inn and this lovely place made us really sad. For us first choice once we will be back. Why Paia? It is not Lahaina, but super central for whole Maui. You reach every place in relatively short time.

Bamboo Valley Inn ligger i Haiku, 34 km fra Iao Valley State Park, 47 km fra Wailea Emerald Course og 43 km fra Kihei Regional Park. When we arrived at the vacation rental we found a big tray with coffee, snack bars, teas, milk, different kind of oatmeal and other goodies. Really nice as we had not done any shopping for breakfast and that gave us a good start the next morning. The apartment has a great size for two people and also an extra bedroom, so we could have been more guests. We used the kitchen only for preparing breakfasts but we realized that there was also a supply of spices, oil and other kitchen helpers - really great The apartment is situated in the lush nature, you can watch birds on the terrace and enjoy the environment. We loved the supply of enough towles for bathroom and beach as well and that you have the feeling that the hosts Vicky and Tom really take great care about their guests - Mahalo!

Absolutely breathtaking. The pictures on the website are beautiful but they don't do justice to the in-person experience. Panoramic views of the entire valley, the ocean and the West Maui mountains. Peaceful, quiet, rustic. Home was stocked with farm fresh eggs, orange juice, milk, butter and all the supplies and amenities you could possibly need. Great location and proximity to up-country attractions. Marianne was such a gracious, attentive host who ensured we were comfortable and happy. We will return!
