A little place a bit further away from the usual spots of tam coc/ cuc phuong/ The owners were super friendly and helpful with arranging transport and dealing with any requests (especially sorting transport out). The place was very clean and was about as value for money as you can get in these parts.

Really lovely couple who run it, her cooking is amazing and homegrown veggies. I had dinner and lunch cooked for me at whatever time I needed, it was like staying with family. Also could do my laundry. Great size room and beautiful house. Very close to the national park and village.

The villa itself was a good standard. Spacious and although the chairs and single beds a little uncomfortable generally the decor was well done. The pool outside is nice and clean but for some reason they have all the pools facing the road rather than what will be the lake. I had the number of someone from the villas on messages and they were helpful and responsive when I asked specific questions. The resort will be nice when it's complete The location is quite close to the park It was wet, cold and windy when we were there and the villa was a good place for us to relax when there wasn't anything else going on The main restaurant is pretty spectacular but gets cold when it's bad weather. The food and service was good but menu is very limited. There was a good bolognese that our fussy kid was happy with. The fish was exceptional. The spa bath/onsen was clean and relaxing. But there is no real changing rooms

He appeared like a friendly guide, always ready to help, whether by the pool, in the dining room, or amidst the gardens. The dining experience was delightful, offering a local Ninh Binh menu with options like duck, goat meat, and fish, all at a reasonable price. Memorina offers an unforgettable and blissful experience!

I would recommend at least 2 nights in this beautiful place. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, extremely quite and private. Breakfast was extremely impressive. The resort amenities included also decent sized gym, a spa, and outdoor swimming pools. The service was friendly and lovely really trying to make us comfortable.
