I really loved our room and the pools

Minden fantasztikus volt. Tízszer voltam már Egyiptomban, mindig jó szállodákban, de a személyzet itt volt a legkészségesebb, legkedvesebb. Az egész szálloda nagyon tiszta volt, a szoba, a part, a közösségi terek. Én nem szeretem az egyiptomi ételeket, más miatt járok ide, de ebben a szállodában az ételek is nagyon finomak voltak és rengeteg féle. Novemberben a medence fűtött volt, kellemes. A dugongok 4 nap alatt egyszer jöttek. Sajnos nagyon sok turistát rájuk borítottak a kívülről jövő hajók, így számomra élvezhetetlen volt, nem volt túl állatbarát megoldás ahogy zajlott. A teknősök folyamatosan ott voltak, velük nyugodtan lehetett úszkálni, nézegetni őket. Voltunk masszázson is, az is fantasztikus volt.

A huge resort in a very nice spread of various functions. Easy to find and reach. All employees are always welcoming and energetic with sense of humor and enthusiasm. The room is well prepared, really clean and comfortable. High quality stay and happy with people and facilities here.

The hotel is still in the so-called soft opening phase. However, we did not notice any restrictions or any construction noise! After the great Opening in few Month it will be a large, well thought-out complex for families with kids up to luxury lovers (apartment with its own swimming pool) The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. All of the staff were very friendly. The service was exceptional. Special Thanks to Achmed at the Poolbar and Mohamed at Beachbar (Beachservice). The food is fantastic! Despite the small number of guests, there was an enormous variety on offer, prepared with top products. (Fish, seafood, lamb, beef, vegetables, salads, Arabic, Asia and European dishes, Sweets and... etc) Each meal was presented by the professional restaurant manager. We were often asked for our opinion of the dishes. The Dinner at the Beach Restaurant was also great. Quality super quantity more than enough. In general, the entire management is very interested in the guests' feedback. Suggestions were very gladly accepted and in some cases incorporated into the concept very quickly, and small deficiencies were immediately remedied. Example for Special Support: We needed an overnight stay in Hurghada to be closer to the airport on the day of departure. Unfortunately my Booking.com account wasn't working. Here too, we were helped quickly and easily. Thanks again! Extra thanks to Mr Hebashy, he helped with a problem that we as recently as noticed at home. The Beach is very beautiful. Because it was not very busy, we had it to ourselves for a while. We are excited to see how the announced jetty will be implemented. Then snorkeling will be much easier. At the moment, swimming (swimming shoes) and snorkeling are possible, but a little uncomfortable. We also used, several times, the limousine service. Here, too, everything was OK :-). We can highly recommend a trip to the dream beach of Marsa Hankorab.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sataya. Everything was perfect for us. All the members are helpful and polite. There is nothing that we can complain about. Plenty of delicious and tasty food; including seafood, Arabic, Italian & loads of yummy desserts.They offer a free dinner in the Italian restaurant and pizza in the sea front restaurant. Our room was spacious, cleaned, and very comfortable. We had much fun with the entertainment team, and really liked the Egyptian show in our last night. The structure is fantastic, especially for children. There is a dive shopping, where we could book our package, wirh a resonable price. The coral reef in front is awesome for snorkelling. We strongly recommend Sataya. Defo, we will be back.
