Very comfortable hotel, nice location not far from beach. Very clean. We also stayed half board. From a moment spent perspective this is was good value for money. Meal times were a bit like a conveyer belt and a free for all but on the whole food quality was good and kept fresh. One downside for me was the pool was uncomfortably cold, I personally couldn’t bear the cold for too long which put a bit of a downer on it for me.

It offers a cool Aquapark, 3 outdoor swimming pools, very nice and well maintained hotel rooms, a super friendly and active animation team, delicious food and many different nationalities. Even though it's the peak season, everybody (staff and visitors) is friendly to each other and the atmosphere in the hotel is really nice. There is litterally something to do all day through for everyone; young, old, families, handicapped, etc. The animation team is very friendly and engages and entertains everyone.

Relaxing and quiet, with a nice mix of European guests. They both agreed that the food was the best and most varied they'd ever had at a hotel or resort of this type - daughter is English and wife is Italian so this is good praise. Hotel was immaculately keen and staff super helpful and content. My wife said that many of them had been there several years because the hotel looks after them so well.
