The location is in Anachal which is 25 minutes from Munnar, which is a good thing. Munnar can get really over crowded. The hotel was a nice small property with just 18 rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The GM (Balaji) is also very exceptionally nice and accommodating. We had a great time! Note: Keep your expectations low in terms of roads to the hotel. This is the case for most properties in that area.

Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!
