A quiet, small town with lots of facilities and within easy reach of lots of places of interest. Provincial capital Ourense is only 25 minutes away and there is lots to see there. Plenty of places to eat and some lovely walks nearby and in the town. Not much for small children there. O Pirucho is a fabulous, friendly bakery with great coffee and pastries. A Comanda great for an evening me with a menu that is also in English!

There are lots of hot springs, which is what we went for.
There are lots of hot springs, which is what we went for. You have to look out for the open air free ones although there are lots of spa places.
There are also ‘ wine routes ‘ , you can visit vineyards and buy local wine ( mostly white in this area ).
Our apartment was perfectly clean and everything appeared to be brand new. The space is very comfortable and we liked the minimalist modern style. The location suited us perfectly, being close to Castrelo de Miño and Ribadavia. Parking on site. Easy to come and go with door and gate codes. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we communicated.
Clean no frills apartment right in the centre of Ribadavia. 1 minute walk to great bars and restaurants. Free parking right outside the door. Self check in was a breeze and convenient as we were late to arrive. Nice little balcony with delightful views of the old city.
