Everything was great. Checking in easy, staff very friendly. Room was upgraded to sea view which was lovely. We had half board plenty of choice and very enjoyable. We were only there for 3 days but used the spa twice which is very good value for money. Will recommend to others. We have visited before and prefer the Sabinal to the other Best hotel in the resort. As we only live 1.5 hours away will visit again. Already looking forward to it.

Great hotel for family's. Brilliant adult and kids pool. Small playground on site. Plenty activities throughout the day. Right on beach and lots or resturants nearby. Drinks good but all inclusive residents defo got better treatment.

I waiting little bit more , for me this hotel maximum 4stars. The wellness SPA we just can USE one time 1,5 hours. The outdoor pool and area is very beauty but so so many people, and 7:00 morning starting The fight for The sunbed. The Personal is Amazing good and Friendly , making all what You need. But I have missing feeling. And I waiting little bit more for 500EUR/night/hot tube suite. All inclusive. The Beach area not have Bar… etc .. etc…

. clean and nice location. But if you Don t take all inclusive, everything is sur taxed. And you can not put something on the room bill you had to have cash at the pool to buy a drink .Bad WiFi, men obliged to wear a shirt at the dinner in the restaurant and not what they want, very noisy rooms, evening animation good but repetitive, sames songs every night for the kids. At the anniversary of our child they did not have a candle or say happy birthday I had to buy at the supermarket

Quite noisy and crowded as a lot of families were on an all inclusive package which kept them at the hotel most of the time. In fairness, we should have researched better as this is what the hotel caters for and is perfect for those families who want a holiday like this. The bar was not very inviting. Our terrace was really small with two chairs and a table that was far too big for the small space, resulting in having to squeeze out onto the terrace past the table.
